Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 June 2026 · English is the governing version of these Terms.
These Terms govern your use of the NoorGenius app and website operated by NoorGenius, an educational application for children run by an individual developer. By using NoorGenius you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Contact: contact@noorgenius.com.
1. Eligibility
The account holder must be a parent or guardian aged 18 or older. Children use NoorGenius under that adult’s account and supervision.
2. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials and parental PIN confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Purchases
NoorGenius offers a free trial period followed by an optional one-time “lifetime” unlock purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, taxes, and refunds for these purchases are handled by the relevant app store under its own terms; prices are shown by the store. We do not store your payment-card details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, or use of the content other than for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5. Multiplayer
Multiplayer play is limited to people you invite — using a room code or a friend invitation. There is no open lobby and no free-form chat with strangers. A parent controls whether multiplayer is enabled.
6. Intellectual property
NoorGenius and its content, design, and brand are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
7. Educational disclaimer
NoorGenius is provided “as is”. Its content is supplementary educational material and is not a substitute for formal schooling or professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoorGenius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using NoorGenius at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. Deleting your account removes your associated personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tunisia.
11. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Questions: contact@noorgenius.com.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق NoorGenius وموقعه الإلكتروني الذي يديره NoorGenius، وهو تطبيق تعليمي للأطفال يديره مطوّر فردي. باستخدامك NoorGenius فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة. للتواصل: contact@noorgenius.com.
1. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون صاحب الحساب أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر البالغ 18 سنة فأكثر. يستخدم الأطفال NoorGenius من خلال حساب ذلك البالغ وتحت إشرافه.
2. حسابك
توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة، وعلى الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات اعتمادك ورمز PIN الأبوي، وتكون مسؤولًا عن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك.
3. عمليات الشراء
يقدّم NoorGenius فترة تجريبية مجانية تليها عملية شراء اختيارية لمرة واحدة لفتح الوصول "مدى الحياة" (lifetime) عبر متجر Apple App Store أو متجر Google Play. تتم معالجة الفوترة والضرائب والمبالغ المستردة لهذه المشتريات من قِبل متجر التطبيقات المعني وفق شروطه الخاصة؛ ويُعرض السعر من قِبل المتجر. نحن لا نخزّن تفاصيل بطاقة الدفع الخاصة بك.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة: لا يجوز إجراء الهندسة العكسية، أو استخراج البيانات (scraping)، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول إليها دون تصريح، أو استخدام المحتوى لغير الأغراض الشخصية وغير التجارية المتعلقة بالتعليم.
5. اللعب الجماعي (Multiplayer)
يقتصر اللعب الجماعي على الأشخاص الذين تدعوهم — باستخدام رمز غرفة (room code) أو دعوة صديق. لا توجد قائمة لعب مفتوحة (open lobby) ولا محادثة حرة مع الغرباء. ويتحكّم الوالد في تفعيل اللعب الجماعي أو تعطيله.
6. الملكية الفكرية
إن NoorGenius ومحتواه وتصميمه وعلامته التجارية مملوكة لنا ومحمية بموجب القانون. نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وشخصيًا وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق للغرض المخصّص له.
7. إخلاء مسؤولية تعليمي
يُقدَّم NoorGenius "كما هو" (as is). محتواه مادة تعليمية مساعدة وليس بديلًا عن التعليم الرسمي أو المشورة المتخصصة.
8. تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يكون NoorGenius مسؤولًا عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة.
9. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام NoorGenius في أي وقت وحذف حسابك. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط. حذف حسابك يؤدي إلى إزالة بياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة به كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين تونس، وتكون المحاكم المختصة في تونس هي الجهة المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع.
11. التغييرات والتواصل
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط؛ وفي هذه الحالة سنُحدّث تاريخ النفاذ، وفي حال التغييرات الجوهرية سنقدّم إشعارًا داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني. للاستفسارات: contact@noorgenius.com.

Ces Conditions régissent votre utilisation de l'application et du site web NoorGenius exploités par NoorGenius, une application éducative pour enfants gérée par un développeur indépendant. En utilisant NoorGenius, vous acceptez ces Conditions. Si vous ne les acceptez pas, veuillez ne pas utiliser le service. Contact : contact@noorgenius.com.
1. Éligibilité
Le titulaire du compte doit être un parent ou un tuteur âgé de 18 ans ou plus. Les enfants utilisent NoorGenius via le compte de cet adulte et sous sa supervision.
2. Votre compte
Vous acceptez de fournir des informations exactes, de garder confidentiels vos identifiants et votre code PIN parental, et vous êtes responsable de l'activité effectuée sous votre compte.
3. Achats
NoorGenius propose une période d'essai gratuite suivie d'un achat facultatif unique de déverrouillage « à vie » (lifetime), effectué via l'Apple App Store ou Google Play. La facturation, les taxes et les remboursements relatifs à ces achats sont gérés par le magasin d'applications concerné selon ses propres conditions ; les prix sont affichés par le magasin. Nous ne stockons pas les détails de votre carte de paiement.
4. Utilisation autorisée
Vous acceptez de ne pas faire un usage abusif du service : pas d'ingénierie inverse, pas d'extraction de données (scraping), pas de tentative de perturbation ou d'accès non autorisé, ni d'utilisation du contenu autre que pour des besoins éducatifs personnels et non commerciaux.
5. Mode multijoueur
Le mode multijoueur est limité aux personnes que vous invitez — via un code de salle (room code) ou une invitation d'ami. Il n'existe ni salon ouvert (open lobby) ni discussion libre avec des inconnus. Un parent contrôle l'activation ou non du mode multijoueur.
6. Propriété intellectuelle
NoorGenius, son contenu, son design et sa marque nous appartiennent et sont protégés par la loi. Nous vous accordons une licence limitée, personnelle et non transférable pour utiliser l'application aux fins prévues.
7. Avertissement pédagogique
NoorGenius est fourni « tel quel » (as is). Son contenu constitue un support pédagogique complémentaire et ne remplace pas une scolarité formelle ni un avis professionnel.
8. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, NoorGenius ne pourra être tenu responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs résultant de votre utilisation du service.
9. Résiliation
Vous pouvez arrêter d'utiliser NoorGenius à tout moment et supprimer votre compte. Nous pouvons suspendre ou mettre fin à l'accès en cas de violation de ces Conditions. La suppression de votre compte entraîne la suppression de vos données personnelles associées, comme décrit dans notre Politique de confidentialité.
10. Droit applicable
Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois de la Tunisie, et tout litige relève de la compétence des tribunaux compétents de Tunisie.
11. Modifications & contact
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions ; nous réviserons alors la date d'entrée en vigueur et, pour les changements substantiels, fournirons un avis dans l'application ou par e-mail. Questions : contact@noorgenius.com.
